In a triangle of Apulian land between San Severo, Torremaggiore and San Paolo di Civitate, Lucio Toma — in love with poetry and with his land — turned a dream into reality: L'Olio del Poeta, an ethical act toward the land and toward those who eat.
Agricola Toma is a short-supply-chain farm: from harvest to extraction, every stage is under direct control. The Peranzana olive — a pure, non-hybrid cultivar — is the heart of it all.
