1. Privacy notice

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we process the personal data you provide to manage orders, shipping, support and, with your consent, the newsletter.

Data collected

Name, surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone and the details required for payment (handled by third-party providers: we do not store your card data).

Purposes and legal basis

Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b), legal tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c) and, for the newsletter, your consent (Art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time.

Retention and disclosure

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes and legal obligations. It may be shared with couriers, payment processors and technology providers (e.g. the e-commerce and checkout platform), appointed as data processors.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@agricolatoma.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

2. Cookie policy

We use technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site and the cart. Any analytics or third-party cookies are activated only with prior consent, manageable from the cookie banner. Disabling technical cookies may impair some functions (e.g. completing an order).

3. General terms of sale

Products are sold by Azienda Agricola Toma. Prices are in euro and include VAT; shipping costs, if due, are shown at checkout based on the weight of the order (free above €150).

Order and payment

The contract is concluded upon order confirmation. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through a secure checkout. Goods remain our property until full payment.

Shipping and delivery

Processing within 1–2 business days and delivery by express courier, normally in 24/48 hours within Italy. Any delays attributable to the courier do not entitle to compensation beyond legal limits.

Conformity and complaints

The legal guarantee of conformity applies. For products damaged in transit, report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Jurisdiction and applicable law: Italian law, without prejudice to consumer protections.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving reasons, by notifying info@agricolatoma.it. Products must be returned intact; the refund is issued within 14 days of return or proof of shipment. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products once opened.
