In a triangle of Apulian land between San Severo, Torremaggiore and San Paolo di Civitate, Lucio Toma — in love with poetry and his land — turned a dream into reality: L'Olio del Poeta, an ethical act towards the land and towards those who nourish themselves.
Agricola Toma is a short-supply-chain business: from harvest to extraction, every stage is meticulously tended and overseen. The Peranzana olive, a pure non-hybrid cultivar, is at the heart of it all.
